TERMS OF DELIVERY
Before placing an order, the user of the online store must familiarize themselves with these terms in full. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms.
Kajavalla handmade (3395438-8) is a Finnish online store selling products to adults residing in EU. Prices include VAT 25.5%. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery terms.
PLACING AN ORDER
Kajavalla handmade clothes and accessories are made to order specifically for you.
You will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided at checkout. Please check that the information is correct and contact pauliina@kajavallahandmade.fi if you notice any errors in the confirmation.
All customer information is treated confidentially and contact details collected during ordering are used solely for processing and delivering the order.
PAYMENT SERVICE PROVIDER
The payment service provider is Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj will appear as the payment recipient on your bank statement or credit card invoice and will forward the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj holds a payment institution license.
In case of complaints, please primarily contact the product supplier.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Custom-made products and products cut to specific measurements have no right of exchange or return. However, if you notice an error or any issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Compensation will be agreed upon on a case-by-case basis.
Digital products (knitting patterns) are non-refundable.
Ready-made products have a 14-day right of exchange and return in accordance with consumer protection law. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error in the order, in which case the seller covers those costs.
Please note that failing to collect a parcel is not considered a return. Uncollected and returned parcels will incur a €15 handling fee.
DELIVERY TIME AND SHIPPING COSTS
The delivery time for custom-made clothes and accessories is 3–4 weeks unless otherwise stated in the product description. If you need your order by a specific date or faster than the normal delivery time, please contact us by email or Instagram before placing your order. We will do our best to arrange delivery according to your wishes.
Orders with ready-made products, fabrics and haberdashery are handled in 3–5 business days.
SHIPPING COSTS:
Finland:
You may choose delivery by Posti (parcel with tracking code), Matkahuolto, or local pickup. Shipping costs are €6.90. The delivery cost is shown at checkout alongside the selected delivery method and in the order summary.
If you choose local pickup, you will receive a pickup notification once your order is ready. A suitable pickup time will then be arranged together.
EU:
Orders outside Finland are delivered by Postnord/DPD.
Sweden: 10,90€

Unless otherwise agreed, goods will be delivered by mail to the delivery address specified by the customer. The delivery address specified in the seller's order processing system is decisive for the processing of the transaction.
If the shipping company returns the shipped goods to the seller because delivery to the customer was not possible, the customer shall bear the costs of the unsuccessful shipment. This does not apply if the customer is not responsible for the circumstances that led to the impossibility of delivery or if the customer was temporarily prevented from accepting the offered service, unless the seller had notified the customer of the service a reasonable time in advance. Furthermore, this does not apply to the initial shipping costs if the customer effectively exercises their right of withdrawal.
